1. Membership Terms

All memberships at Wildside Combat Sports Center are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the physical membership agreement signed in person at our facility. Membership fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in your agreement.

2. Liability Waiver

Participation in martial arts training involves inherent risks. All students must have a signed liability waiver on file before participating in any class. This waiver is signed in person during your first visit to the facility.

3. Class Cancellation & Refunds

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes as necessary. Refund policies for seminars, special events, or missed classes are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact the front desk for specific policy details.

4. Gym Conduct & Etiquette

To maintain a safe and productive training environment, all members must adhere to our conduct rules:

• Maintain high standards of personal hygiene (clean gi/rashguard, trimmed nails).
• Respect all instructors and training partners.
• Follow mat etiquette as instructed by the coaching staff.
• Zero tolerance for aggressive or ego-driven behavior.

5. Kids Program Requirements

Children must meet the minimum age requirements (typically 5+) to participate in our youth programs. Parents or guardians must remain on-site or be reachable during class times.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Wildside Combat Sports Center and may not be used without express written permission.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services will be handled in the courts of Montgomery County, TN.
